Athlete Pathways and Placement

We design clear, realistic pathways for youth players starting as young as 14. Through careful evaluation, exposure planning, and ongoing guidance, we connect athletes to the right post-secondary, academy, and professional environments across U Sports, NCAA, and Europe. Every pathway is customized to align athletic potential, academic eligibility, and long-term development.

Player Exposure & Recruitment

Opportunity only matters if the right people see it. We provide targeted exposure through showcases, exhibition matches, trial opportunities, and direct coach outreach. By leveraging our network of university coaches, scouts, and clubs, we ensure players are evaluated in environments that genuinely match their level — not mass-market showcases.

Development, Guidance & Support
